So. For various reasons, I've not used LJ and have been in a general funk due to joblessness and various shit, along with con-nage and seeing people that I would want to be with for the rest of my life... for only 4 days.

Anyway, a quick update.

* I'm having a resurgence of interest in D&D, while my Exalted love remains the same. CLERICS. CLEEEEEEEEEERIIIIIIIIIIIIIICS.

* Playing Original Generations on and off. For a while, I entertained the idea of making Garnet into my ace... but the game doesn't allow you to use a gazillion pilots like in Alpha 3, so that rules that out. I'll be honest in admitting that I don't really like the Twin System compared to the 4-man Squad System from A2/A3. But eh, beggers can't be choosers.

* Someone point me to a decent entry-level job for a jackass who ruined his post-highschool education with laziness and stupidity, plz.

* Tabasco brand spicy soy and teriyaki sauce. Yum.

In other news, I'm holding down Darkheart House (read: an upstairs studio apartment) reasonably well, as I'm generally low-maintenance. The one amusing thing is that the lady below me is apparently diabetic and a bit... ah... low on the self-ambulatory scale. And she's also the screamy, vaguely prejudiced sort, but other people've straightened her out for me so I don't get shit when the alarm turns on. (Coheed and Cambria at 5 AM, bitch. EAT IT.)
